Faculty

Nat is a consultant anaesthetist at South Tyneside and Sunderland Foundation Trust in the UK and President of RA-UK.

He is clinical lead for regional anaesthesia in Sunderland, introduced one of the first block rooms in the UK and regularly hosts visits from interested national and international teams.

He is co-lead for the University of East Anglia MSc in Regional Anaesthesia, is an invited speaker for both the Royal College of Anaesthetists and the Association of Anaesthetists and is a regular international speaker.

He has co-authored a number of UK national guidelines including the Prep, Stop, Block national safety initiative, RA-UK nerve injury guidelines and the Royal College of Anaesthetists regional anaesthesia Provision of Service guideline.
